Returns Policy

We are happy to replace, exchange or refund your goods in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

In the case of damaged items and short deliveries then please notify us within 3 working days of receipt of goods and for non-delivery please notify us within 5 working days from receipt of invoice.

If goods need to be returned to us at any time, then we will issue you with an Authorised Customer Returns number (ACR), and advise you on how to return your goods. (Note. No goods will be accepted without an ACR).

If you believe your goods are faulty, please notify us within 14 days from receipt of goods, we will then issue you with an ACR.

If you have ordered goods incorrectly or are dissatisfied in any way you may be entitled to return your goods. However a handling or re-stocking charge may be deducted from any credit/refund issued. The goods need to be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition in order for us to accept them.
